Beware of other Sudoku Sellers!
Other sudoku sellers put 4-6 sudoku puzzles per page to increase their profit margins by reducing the printing cost per page. It's impossible to solve such small sudoku puzzles. It's an utter waste of money. Stay away from books with hundreds of sudoku puzzles but with less pages.
About the Fiction Book
Comes with 10+ illustrations "The Monkey's Paw" is a supernatural short story by author W. W. In the story, three wishes are granted to the owner of the monkey's hand, but the wishes come with an enormous price for interfering with fate. Plot The story involves Mr. and Mrs. White and their adult son, Herbert. Sergeant-Major Morris, a friend who served with the British Army in India, introduces them to a mummified monkey's paw. An old fakir placed a spell on the paw, that it would grant three wishes to three separate men. The wishes are granted but always with hellish consequences, as punishment for tampering with fate. Morris tells the Whites of his comrade, who used his third wish to wish for death. Morris, also having had a horrific experience upon using the paw, throws the monkey's paw into the fire but Mr. White retrieves it. Before leaving, Morris warns Mr. White that if he does use the paw, then be it on his own head.At Herbert's suggestion, Mr. White wishes for £200 to be used as the final payment on his house, even though he believes he has everything he wants. The next day his son Herbert leaves for work at a local factory. Later that day, word comes to the White home that Herbert has been killed in a terrible machinery accident. Although the employer denies responsibility for the incident, the firm makes a goodwill payment to family of the deceased. The payment is £200.The Monkey Paw By W W Jacobs Illustrated 99 Hard Sudoku Puzzles 1 Per Page W W Jacobs 9781547049639 Books
The one star rating is for this publication, not the story itself. The story is a 5 star short story (considering when it was written), but I bought this version because it claimed to be illustrated.
The illustrations in this story have horribly low resolution, pixelated paintings that have literally nothing to do with the story. For instance the one where they find out the son dies has a painting of children at the beach playing the surf.
The formatting is wonky also. Each new chapter starts with no visual whitespace or other division after last paragraph in
I recommend the story, but buy the Harper Collins edition (or one of the others). Avoid this one.

The Monkey Paw By W W Jacobs Illustrated 99 Hard Sudoku Puzzles 1 Per Page W W Jacobs 9781547049639 Books Reviews
This story is an excellent story of horror and wonderment. The ending is especially fearful as the final wish is made for the dead son to remain dead. The thing is, what will be it's consequence?
This book is simply great! Especially when you read it at night, it really creates a scene of horror and evil. This book is just suitable for anyone who wants to read a supernatural story and are tired of stories like Goosebumps
How can anyone like this book??? its got to be the worst horror book I have ever read and I normaly like a good horror book now and then. I mean most Horror books or movies give me the creeps this one I could resd in the scaryest place in the world yaw and go to sleep. got to be the worst book ever writen by the way I am 13 just dont wana give out my account name on here later
a monkey's paw are supposed to grant three wishes. sounds good. however, it grants them in the most evil way possible. subtle. outstanding plot. great descriptions. excellent setting
I think that adults would appreciate this story a lot more then kids. I read it in my English class, and I wasn't scared or anything. I didn't especially like the story, and found it hard to understand. I think that if I was older that I would enjoy the story. I reccommend it for adults, but not for kids, like me.
My rating would have been better, it's just a really small book. Almost like a student's book with side notes and other stuff. Really I would stay away, or buy a compilation book that includes this story. That would be more worthwhile.
A slim volume, cheaply produced, but a story that I remember having read with pleasure when young.
Wrong!
Having recently finished it as a bedtime read, I could not then go to sleep. Read it over your morning tea.
